Zykor was founded by an
engineer named Marc Chelin as Voltronics Inc in 1985. Due to his
extensive knowledge of all aspects of machinery. Today, Zykor
is backed by thirty three years of his valuable
experience in the industrial machine sector together
with his expertise in running a successful company
for twenty three years.
From 1975 to 1980 Marc
worked in the machine rebuild department of a large
corporation. His duties included stripping down all types of
Industrial machinery and rebuilding them for resale. He had to
machine and fabricate all the parts that he required and
rebuild all the electrical and electronics as
well.
From 1980 to 1985, Marc designed and built new machinery
for three factories simultaneously. His designs included using
pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, electronics, motion controls and
installing and programming PLC's. He designed and built every part
of these machines himself, even doing all the welding. These kind of
skills are hard to come by these days. Due to this kind of
background, Zykor has the resources to tackle just about any problem
and trouble-shoot any machine and to build any type of prototype
whether it be mechanical or microprocessor based electronics. He has
